You should have some protection on your computer to protect you from viruses, spy ware, phishing, etc. I have used McAfee and Norton. Both work well. Read more at the Government Site. If you find a virus, let your virus software remove it. If it does not remove it, then follow the instructions given my your software which will probably send you to the main site to get the fix. You may need a computer tech to help you with a very difficult problem, just make sure he is really qualified.
